About Solnemore
About
The name behind calm, full properties in Greece.
Who we are
Run by hoteliers, not by an agency.
Solnemore is run by people who have stood on both sides of the desk — owners who carried the risk on their own name, and operators who carried the phone at two in the morning. That is why the fee is published, the report is one page, and the exit is short.
Our mission is narrow and measurable: make Greek hospitality perform — occupancy, rate and reviews — so the owner’s job becomes reading one page a month.
The four desks that run every mandate
Revenue & pricing
Rate strategy, channel mix, direct-booking share and the monthly P&L. One person answers for the number.
Operations & housekeeping
SOPs, linen, maintenance, inspections and the ninety seconds after check-out.
Guest care, 24/7
Messages in Greek and English, arrivals, late changes and the review that follows.
Licensing & legal
EOT/MHTE files, short-term rental compliance, contracts and the paperwork nobody enjoys.
Names, portraits and biographies can be added right here from Pages → About — the layout adapts to any number of cards.
What our mark means.
Sun — performance
Every decision is measured — occupancy, RevPAR, reviews.
Eye — transparency
A monthly P&L you can read in three minutes. No hidden fees, ever.
Wave — care
Hospitality that flows: arrival, stay, departure — silently.

🛡️ Principles
“Owner reputation first.”
“No surprises in numbers.”
“A guest never waits.”
📍 Athens · Mykonos · Santorini · Crete · Naxos · Paros
4.9★ · 12k+ reviews · 120+ properties
Proof, not adjectives
Three properties, three starting points.
Where each one was when we took the mandate, and where it stood twelve months later.
Santorini · 18-key boutique hotel
Sold out by June
Aug 2024: 84% occupancy → Aug 2025: 98% occupancy
Rate fences by length of stay and a direct-booking engine on their own site cut the OTA share by half.
Mykonos · 4-bedroom villa
Two agencies, one owner abroad
61% annual occupancy → 89% annual occupancy
One calendar, one price engine and a single coordinator — the owner stopped mediating between suppliers.
Naxos · 9 rooms
Opened late, priced wrong
EOT licence in 6 weeks → Opening at +22% vs the street
The licence file ran in parallel with the renovation, so the season opened on the planned date, not two months late.
